In the beginning of this year I shared my simple, yet effective method of setting a theme for the year instead of goals. To stay honest and transparent, I wanted to check in with you on the theme for my year and 3 sub categories I set in January.
So how am I tracking?
- In short, I feel like my theme of self love has been a focus on at least a weekly basis.
- My 3 sub-categories of learning, body and mind (health) and relationships have also been front of mind, but it my general mood and energy has certainly made a difference.
- In the beginning I checked in almost daily, but for the past 2 months it became more of a weekly check in.
- I have found that most weeks I focus on 2 of my 3 sub-categories, but it seems I can’t seem to balance/stay in flow with all 3 at the same time.
Overall I’m really happy with my theme and my focus to improve my relationship with myself (it will never be perfect, but I’m aiming for progress over perfection here!).
