It’s been a few years since I stopped doing new years resolutions. Instead I focus on habits and smaller, but consistent steps in the right direction for me. These simple minimalist habits can change truly change your life.
The 5 minimalist habits that have transformed my life
- Keep clearing the clutter. A daily tidy up is often more impactful (and less stressful) than a massive declutter.
- Learn to budget and become friends with your money. It removes stress and unlocks pretty amazing opportunities.
- Meal prep at least half of your meals. It helps you waste less, save money and improve your health!
- Move your body every day. Exercise does not always have to be strenuous to be effective, listen to your body and keep moving.
- Put your phone away. When we read, learn, create or connect we can unlock pretty cool things in life!
