This delicious and super easy to make chia pudding is such a healthy breakfast or snack! This lasts well in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days, so it’s great for meal prep too.
I use a 500ml meal prep container for this recipe. It is usually enough for 2 breakfasts or 3 snack size portions for me.
Chia pudding recipe:
- 1/4 cup dry chia seeds (I usually rinse before mixing up with other ingredients)
- 400 ml milk (I usually use almond, regular or coconut milk)
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup oats/quinoa flakes (optional)
- Drizzle of maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Grab a 500ml (or larger) meal prep container with a lid
- Stir together all ingredients in the meal prep container.
- Pop in your fridge for 8+ hours.
- Sometimes I give it another stir after 4-5 hours to mix seeds/oats more evenly.
- Serve your chia pudding along with some fruit or berries (apple w sprinkle of cinnamon, pear or banana are my favourites)
- Enjoy!
