Sometimes we all run out of good ideas when it comes to healthy and easy to prep snacks for work and school. Here are 4 of my current favourite easy snacks, they also happen to be super budget friendly!
Easy and Healthy Chia pudding recipe:
- 1/4 cup dry chia seeds
- 400 ml coconut milk or coconut cream (other milks like oat or almond works as well, however you may need to adjust ratio of seeds to water)
- Maple syrup or other sweetener (optional)
